How much does it cost to rent the barn and how long will I have the venue for?
To rent the barn for your wedding will be $4,000. You will have the venue from 8 a.m. the day before your wedding and all day the day of your wedding until 11:59 p.m. All items must be removed by 11:59 p.m.
How much is a deposit to secure our date?
To secure your date you would put down $2,000 deposit that is non refundable.
What is the maximum guest count?
We have a 200 guest maximum.
What is included and do you have a rental fee?
Tables and chairs for the reception are included, with enough for 200 people .There is a rental fee if you would like an additional 150 chairs outside for ceremony. We have a kitchen for the catering/bridal party to use, 2 separate rooms for the wedding party to get ready, 2 separate bathrooms for the wedding party/guest. A fire pit and chairs outside and the wooden alter are included also.
Do I need to schedule a tour or just come by?

Do you do party/reunions/baby showers?

Does the venue have A/C or heat?
Yes. It has both A/C and heat for your event.
Rain option?
Incase of rain you can move your wedding into the barn.
Are pets allowed?
We would love for your pet to be apart of your special day. Pets are only permitted to attend the ceremony. Pets must be on a leash at all times.
Do you require us to use specific caterers/vendors?
You are free to use the cater/vender of your choice. We have a few recommendations that you are more than welcome to check out HERE. We do ask that they meet the requirements of our contract and follow our venue rules.
Can we get our engagement photos done at the venue?
Yes. You can schedule a photographer of your choice to get your photos done at our venue. Book a time that you would be coming HERE.
Do you allow sparklers?
Yes, please make us aware if this is something you plan to do.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards with a 3% service fee, cash and checks.
Do you have off season prices?
Yes, off season is December-March. Contact us for more information.
